Loyalty cards that live in the phone, not the wallet drawer

Loyaltea started in Beirut with a simple observation: every good café has a stamp card, and every regular has lost one. The card gets wet, gets forgotten, gets left in the other jacket, and the tenth coffee that was supposed to be free never is.

So we moved the card into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, where the bank cards already live. A customer scans a QR at the counter once, types their name and number, and the café's card is on their phone in seconds. No app to download, no password, no code. Staff scan it, tap once, and the stamp appears on the customer's phone before they've picked up their cup.

For the café it's the same paper card they already know, plus what paper could never tell them: who comes back, which hours are busy, who hasn't visited in a month, and a way to reach all of them with one message. Everything is in English and Arabic, priced flat per café, and set up in person by us.
